I would like to say thank you to you all for a very professional ad hassle free changeover from our old Earnie 16 payroll system to the new Earnie IQ.
We still run weekly payrolls here, which left a very tight rollover perioid, but it was managed perfectly.
For the last two Tax Years Ends we have also used Saswitch to do all the necessary work involved to close one year, file online and set up for the New Year. This was done in a matter of hours.

During the Summer of 2007, we performed a full review of our IT systems and software and decided to embark upon a full replacement project.
Our main aim was to implement purpose-built hours capture software from Coldharbour for our UK care homes.
We also realised that we needed to review our internal Earnie payroll software as that it would be the key system to interface to the new Coldharbour software.
Our Earnie software support partner is Saswitch and we met with John Charlesworth to discuss our plan. During the meeting, we reviewed a number of options but it was clear that we needed to upgrade our Earnie software and merge our seven disparate payrolls into one. This was clearly on the critical path for our project and it was already tight in terms of timescales.
However, Saswitch were able to quickly provide a fully-costed proposal for us which we agreed and set about the upgrade work in August. I am pleased to say that this complex work was done on time and to budget with some excellent support from Paul Doran and John Charlesworth.
The rest of the project continued to time and we successfully completed it by our Xmas target. We regularly rely upon John and Paul for support as the new systems bed-down and find their service prompt and reliable.
I would recommend the services of Saswitch to any organisation that was considering a similar project.
