Depending upon the size and complexity of the payroll process, we offer a full project planning service. This ensures that the whole process is as smooth as it can be and that any areas of concern are properly considered and catered for. We make sure that we fully understand the current payroll process and that all of our clients' expectations are met.
By making sure that any internal or external third party resource is aware of key dates or actions we can minimize the time it takes to get your payroll up & running. Another element of this service is to ensure that year to date information is available from your old system. This can then be imported directly into Earnie without the need to "key" anything.
Earnie IQ implementations require this service as a matter of course and once completed, you will be provided with a full planning document covering all aspects of the installation & training required. This service will also look at any bespoke reporting requirements that you may have and will provide you with a full schedule of consultancy / training days that need to be carried out.
